Already from the moment of the stipulation of the preliminary contract of sale, the new co-owner begins to fully enjoy the use of the suite for his holidays and all the privileges offered by the D Club.
The customer can freely decide to renounce his co-ownership and resell it: he can do it autonomously or resort to the help of the Domina office.
As for real estate transactions, the notary is required to formalize the purchase guaranteed by regular notarial deed.
