Lake Garda is the biggest lake in Italy and is located among regions of Lombardy, Veneto, and Trentino Alto Adige. Garda lake is surrounded by 25 picturesque villages and is a popular holiday destination in northern Italy. The climate of the lake is mild all year long and is ideal for the cultivation of olives, lemons, oranges, truffles and wines, products highly appreciated all over the world.

Some of the cities surrounding Lake Garda are Bardolino, Peschiera, Sirmione, Gardone Riviera and Desenzano del Garda offering magnificent views of historical monuments, castles, and fortresses. Surrounding cities are connected by daily ferryboat service and are easily reachable.

Main airports close to Garda Lake are Milan, Verona, and Bergamo airports.
